- Resource Utilization: Referring to internal databases or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
- Issue Logging: Ensuring all issues are properly logged.
- Prioritization: Managing and prioritizing several open issues at one time.
- Follow-Up: Following up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
- Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely reports.
- Knowledge Documentation: Documenting technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
- Client Relationships: Maintaining positive and jovial relationships with clients.
