Qualifications and Skills:

Responsibilities:

As an Operator, you'll lead day-to-day activities as assigned by Supervisors during your shifts in our clients' environments. Your key responsibilities include:

• Exemplifying Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Ensuring proper email communication regarding alarms in accordance with our processes.
• Managing alarms, prioritizing them, and dispatching as necessary.
• Acknowledging alarms in order of priority as specified in Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Updating and assigning trouble tickets, as well as following up and ensuring closure.
• Creating tickets for issues such as malfunctioning equipment or excessive alarms.
• Collaborating with the BAC team throughout your shifts.
• Operating security cameras and raising tickets for issues as needed.
• Reporting escalations for remedial actions to your shift supervisor.
• Carrying out any other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

The Operator leads the day to day activities assigned by the Supervisors in their respective shifts in the client's . The Operator will be responsible to manage alarms and ascertaining the priority of alarms and dispatching.
