Qualifications and Skills:

- Willingness to work in a 24*7 shift operation, six days a week.
- Proficiency in instructional, customer service, and both written and verbal communication.

- Flexibility to work all shifts and a willingness to support the team with overtime when necessary.
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Windows OS.

- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
As an Operator, you'll lead day-to-day activities as assigned by Supervisors during your shifts in our clients' environments. Your key responsibilities include:
- Exemplifying Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Ensuring proper email communication regarding alarms in accordance with our processes.
- Managing alarms, prioritizing them, and dispatching as necessary.
- Acknowledging alarms in order of priority as specified in Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Updating and assigning trouble tickets, as well as following up and ensuring closure.
- Creating tickets for issues such as malfunctioning equipment or excessive alarms.
- Collaborating with the BAC team throughout your shifts.
- Operating security cameras and raising tickets for issues as needed.
- Reporting escalations for remedial actions to your shift supervisor.
- Carrying out any other duties as assigned.
