Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Meeting SLA’s with Excellence: Execute procedures to meet internal and external SLA’s with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results on time.

Training and Certification: Train and certify, as applicable, on business policies and standard operating procedures to enhance expertise.

Adherence to SOPs: Strictly adhere to all standard operating procedures and business policies to maintain consistency and quality.

Data Entry Proficiency: Execute data entry via databases with precision and attention to detail.

Process Improvements: Actively participate in developing and recommending solutions for process improvements, supporting the implementation of new processes and programs.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to complete day-to-day Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities, ensuring client satisfaction.

Quality Checks: Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity for clients and downstream systems.

Client Support: Respond to client inquiries via Change Requests, Salesforce tickets, and/or Client Service representatives.

Audit Response: Research and respond to E&Y Audit requests, showcasing a commitment to compliance.

Metrics and KPIs: Assist Process/Team Lead with the creation of and data gathering for Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and metrics.

UAT Testing: Assist Process Lead/Team with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software releases.

Flexibility and Availability: Support on-call rotations or off-shift availability, as required.

Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other duties as assigned, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements for the Role

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, English, Journalism, Music, or other Media-related disciplines.

Proven Record: A proven record of delivering quality results on time with high attention to detail.

Analytical Skills: Ability to use logic to analyze data, draw conclusions, and convey results effectively.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in the English language, with effective writing, grammatical, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Tech Proficiency: Proficient with the use of Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Suite.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others in a collaborative environment.

Deadline Management: Must be able to work accurately under deadlines and willing to work outside regular business hours, as required.

Typing Speed: Good typing speed is essential.

Passion for Media: The candidate must be passionate about consuming Podcasts, TV shows, and movies, and stay updated with the latest news, especially on social networks, related to American television, cinema, and sports.
