Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of machine learning principles and software engineering practices.

Required Skills and Knowledge

We are looking for individuals who have foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in the following areas:

Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.

1. Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
2. Experience or training in writing data engineering pipelines using best coding practices.
3. Awareness of CI/CD practices and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
4. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
5. Understanding of software engineering best practices including version control, testing, and deployment.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
7. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
8. Clear and professional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

Candidates with any of the following additional skills will have an added advantage:

1. Certifications in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
2. Knowledge of data engineering and data warehousing concepts.
3. Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, or Apache Kafka.
4. Understanding of DevOps principles and tools.
5. Experience with monitoring and logging tools like ELK Stack, Grafana, or Prometheus.
6. Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.

Responsibilities 

As an Associate MLOps Engineer, your role will involve:

1. Supporting the development and maintenance of infrastructure for deploying machine learning models at scale.
2. Building and managing data engineering pipelines and CI/CD workflows for ML model deployment.
3. Collaborating with data scientists and software engineers to ensure robust production-grade ML applications.
4. Assisting in the training, validation, and deployment of ML models based on business requirements.
5. Creating documentation, tutorials, and reusable templates to standardize and accelerate the ML lifecycle.
6. Staying current with advancements in machine learning, DevOps, and cloud computing technologies.
