2. Responsibilities and Key Skills:

As a Trainee Software Engineer at Recruit CRM, you will be an integral part of the engineering team. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with software developers to implement cutting-edge solutions, developing efficient and scalable software, building features and modules from scratch, and maintaining existing functionalities. The key skills required for this role include proficiency in Java, PHP, or Python, good analytical abilities, adaptability to changing project environments, and a strong willingness to learn.

3. Selection Process:

Recruit CRM follows a comprehensive selection process to identify the best talent. It involves profile screening, an online MCQ-based test, marksheet verification (with a minimum of 75% marks in Maths in 10th & 12th), an online coding-based test, technical interviews, and a final interview with the Founder. 4. Internship and Trainee Program:

Selected candidates will begin with a paid 3-month internship, working 21 hours per week as an intern. During the internship, candidates will receive a stipend of INR 7,500. Based on performance, interns will transition to the final paid 6-month trainee program, where they will work 42.5 hours per week as a Trainee, receiving a stipend of INR 15,000. Upon successful completion of the 9-month program, trainees will be absorbed into the company with a CTC of INR 7,00,000 p.a.
