Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for Baker Hughes' Engineer Trainee program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Graduates in Mechanical Engineering.

0-1 year of overall design engineering expertise.

Strong understanding of engineering basics, strength of materials, and material science.

Skills Required:

While experience is not mandatory, possessing the following skills and knowledge will be advantageous:

Basic understanding of ASME Y 14.5 GDNT and Drafting standards.

Proficiency in 3D solid modeling and drafting. Preferred knowledge of Creo/Teamcenter would be beneficial.

Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and technical aptitude.

Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
