  • Education: A BE or B.Tech degree in any related professional field is preferred.
  • Service Management Experience: Familiarity with Service Management and Incident management tools such as JIRA service management, ServiceNow, and Remedy will be an advantage.
  • Technology Proficiency: Knowledge of Oracle and Cloud technologies will be highly appreciated.
  • Excel Expertise: Basic Excel operations knowledge, including VLOOKUP, index match, and pivot tables, is preferred.
  • Helpdesk Experience: Experience in using helpdesk ticketing systems like JIRA, ServiceNow, or Remedy will be advantageous.
  • ITIL Practices: Good knowledge of ITIL based Incident, Change, and Problem management will be an added advantage.
  • Communication Skills: High-level written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Troubleshooting Abilities: Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and provide effective solutions is crucial.
  • Excel Reporting: Intermediate Excel skills for reporting (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Index, Match) will be valuable.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong customer service skills with a passion to exceed customer expectations are highly valued.

Responsibilities of Associate Service Desk Analyst:
As an Associate Service Desk Analyst at Cintra Software, you will play a crucial role in providing 24x7 Level 1 IT Service Desk support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Central Mailbox Management: Efficiently managing the central mailbox and addressing user queries promptly.
  • Incident Tracking: Tracking incidents to conclusion in line with SLAs and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Helpdesk Support: Handling Helpdesk ticket logging, dispatching, and email support for efficient issue resolution.
  • Collaboration: Liaison and coordination with Level 1 support, escalating issues to Level 2 on time for effective problem-solving.
  • Ownership & Reporting: Taking ultimate responsibility for ownership of all customer incidents or logged service requests and providing daily reports on logged, resolved, and open tickets pending with Level 2.
  • Service Management: Providing Incident, query, and service request management and monitoring, including escalation as required.
  • Outage Reporting: Timely reporting on known outages and service impacts for swift resolution.
  • Knowledge Management: Comprehending issues, searching Knowledge Management Tool, and effectively communicating and narrating solutions.
