Position Overview: Supervisor, IT Support
As a Supervisor, IT Support at Consilio, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the IT Support team delivers the highest level of customer support to clients. Your expertise will be essential in guiding and mentoring IT Support Specialists, resolving escalated issues, and collaborating with other teams to achieve client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:
To be eligible for this role, you should have an Associate degree or higher in any field and a minimum of 6 months of experience as an L1 IT Support Specialist. Preferred certifications include the Relativity Review Management Specialist (RRMS) certification. The following skills are crucial for success in this position:

  • Highly logical and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Clear and concise communication in troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Collaborative approach to work and ability to work well in teams
  • Strong typing proficiency
Software Requirements:
  • As a Supervisor, you should have intermediate to advanced experience with Active Directory and Citrix. Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office is also required.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as a Supervisor, IT Support will encompass a range of tasks aimed at ensuring top-notch customer support and team performance:

  • Availability for escalations and shift schedule updates from direct reports
  • Ensuring tickets are responded to within specified SLAs
  • Reviewing and coaching team members on communication and troubleshooting
  • Managing time and PTO requests for direct reports
  • Monitoring and ensuring weekly time entry utilization requirements are met
  • Ensuring thorough documentation of customer support issues and resolutions
  • Identifying process enhancements to improve workflow
  • Representing L1 in multi-department/team meetings
  • Providing multi-channel support to end-users (phone/email)
  • Maintaining internal knowledge base articles
  • Conducting screen sharing sessions for complex issue diagnosis
  • Assisting in candidate selection during the interview process
  • Conducting training for new hires and mentoring less experienced team members
