Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly evaluate revisions received from our publishers.
• Categorize and subcategorize errors meticulously identified by our talented artists.
• Be a detective of sorts—uncover the root cause of issues.
• Engage in continuous review activities to maintain our quality standards.
• Uphold compliance objectives and consistently meet targets.
• Lead the charge in devising corrective actions based on root cause analysis.

• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Flexibility to adapt to different shifts as needed.
• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
• Familiarity with basic MS Office tools—Excel and PowerPoint.
