• Collaborating with Business Analysts, Business Development Team, and Tech Leads/Tech SMEs
• Participating in conference calls with prospects and customers to gather business requirements
• Assisting in writing statements of work (SOW), system requirement specifications (SRS), business requirement documents (BRD), and functional requirement documents (FRD)
• Aiding senior members in requirement gathering and documenting project information
• Contributing to the preparation of work breakdown structure (WBS) and estimates for requirements
• Supporting BA in presales and post-sales activities
• Coordinating with UI/UX team, Project Manager, and Tech Leads
• Preparing user stories and actively participating in daily standup meetings
