• A B.Com Graduation (MBA in Finance preferred) as your educational foundation.

Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of the Order to Cash (O2C) domain, taking charge of crucial activities to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

• You'll meticulously validate Purchase Order (PO) requests to facilitate accurate billing.
• Your client-centric approach will involve constant interaction to gather feedback and provide support when needed.
• Managing the end-to-end Order to Cash process, including collections and dispute management, will be a key responsibility.
• You'll engage with clients through calls and emails, ensuring prompt collection of overdue amounts.
• Meeting collections targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis will be a benchmark of your success.
• Building and managing relationships with customers, as well as Country/Regional Financial Directors, will be integral to your role.
• Your involvement in governance meetings and collaboration with cross-functional teams will drive process excellence.
