Your Role:
As a Trainee Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of all things software development. Your role will encompass:
- Collaborating closely with experienced developers to craft optimal solutions.
- Creating software that's efficient, scalable, and reliable.
- Building new features and modules from scratch.
- Maintaining and enhancing existing features.
Essential Skills:
- Your toolkit should include proficiency in at least one of these languages: Java, PHP, or Python.
Structured Learning Path:
- Our program is designed to help you flourish. Here's how it works:
- Internship Phase (3 Months): Start with a 3-month paid internship, dedicating 21 hours a week. You'll earn as you learn with a part-time stipend of INR 7,500.
- Trainee Phase (6 Months): Based on your performance, progress to a 6-month trainee program where you'll be fully immersed, contributing 42.5 hours a week. You'll receive a full-time stipend of INR 15,000.
- Transition to Employment (9 Months Total): Successfully complete the program and you'll transition to a full-time role with a competitive CTC of INR 7,00,000 p.a.
