• Software Patching: Installing approved patches and updates on desktops and laptops, which may have failed to update automatically, will be part of your routine.
• IMAC Management: You'll handle Installations, Moves, Adds, and Changes, streamlining low-impact IT activities.
• Hardware Problem Solving: Utilizing your technical expertise, you will diagnose and resolve hardware issues across various vendors like Wipro, IBM, HP, Dell, and more.
• Technical Problem Resolution: Quick analysis and diagnosis of technical problems, along with prompt resolution within SLA's, will be a key aspect of your role.
