• Cyber Security: Familiarity with cyber security solutions and tools is highly appreciated. You should also be aware of day-to-day attack coverage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential. We value quick learners who can adapt to new challenges.
• Cloud Awareness: Basic knowledge of Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud services is advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), networking, and security solutions will be beneficial.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

As a Cloud Infra Trainee at Futurism Technologies, your role is pivotal in shaping our cloud infrastructure and security practices. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining and supporting existing cloud infrastructure.
• Monitoring infrastructure, performing upgrades, and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborating with internal practice teams to addrss critical issues.
• Ensuring timely resolution of infrastructure issues.
• Engaging with clients to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
• Monitoring and promptly addressing health and performance issues.
• Upholding the performance and upkeep of the cloud infrastructure
• Ensuring the timely restoration of client data when needed.
• Deploying new virtual machines (VMs) and backups as per client requirements.
• Following ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes to keep infrastructure systems up to date.
