Job Description and Responsibilities:

As a Project Trainee at Larsen & Toubro, you will be an integral part of the team, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the power generation plant. Here are some of your key responsibilities:

• Continuous Monitoring: Assist in the continuous monitoring of unit process parameters, ensuring the availability of all inputs for efficient plant operation.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor plant performance to ensure power generation aligns with schedules and strive to achieve the desired Plant Load Factor (PLF).
• Equipment Health: Assist in ensuring the healthiness of all equipment within the Boiler Turbine Generator (BTG) Unit and Offsite. Report defects and coordinate their rectification with maintenance departments.
• Safety Measures: Comply with all safety measures during operational field activities to maintain a safe working environment.
• Equipment Isolations: Carry out equipment isolations and normalizations for work permits.
• Local Equipment Operations: Monitor the operations of local equipment and conduct field operational activities during normal and emergency conditions.
• Logging and Reporting: Log and report on the operations of local equipment.
• Field Equipment Health: Ensure the healthiness of all field equipment during your shift.
