Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Software Engineer at IA COE, you'll be at the heart of digital acceleration. Your key responsibilities include:

• Understanding business scenarios and developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath and other automation tools.
• Collaborating with business units to clarify requirements and ensure the delivery of the right solutions.
• Configuring RPA processes using workflow principles and conducting unit tests to ensure usability, reliability, and performance.
• Embracing emerging technologies like Process Mining and Chatbots.
• Ensuring the quality of automation solutions and resolving defects before deployment.
• Contributing to process definition documents, technical solutions documents, and user manuals.
• Actively researching emerging trends and implementing new techniques and technologies.

Experience and Education Profile:

To excel in this role, we're looking for individuals with:

• 0 to 1 year of working experience in the product/services industry with strong technical knowledge.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages like .Net, C#, JavaScript, VBScript, REST Services, PL/SQL.
• The ability to work independently with assisted supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
