Role: Partner Experience Associate

As a Partner Experience Associate at SAP Gurgaon, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Here's what you can expect:

• Understanding SAP Partners: You will develop a deeper understanding of what it means to be a SAP Partner and gain awareness of the tools and resources available to SAP PartnerEdge Partners. This knowledge will form the basis of your role in supporting and enhancing their experience.
• Efficient Problem Solving: Your role will involve efficiently resolving partnership related queries with a constant focus on the quality of your responses. Your problem-solving skills and analytical mindset will be an asset in providing timely and effective solutions.
• Collaboration: Collaboration is important at SAP. You will work closely with key SAP roles including recruiters, partner managers and partner business managers to effectively support SAP partners. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders will be essential to your success.
• Process Improvement: You will be responsible for maintaining the internal partner records system and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Your creative thinking and proactive approach will drive efficiency gains that will benefit SAP Partners.

Responsibilities and skills:

• It is preferable to have a university degree or currently enrolled in a business or IT-related program.
• Freshers or individuals with 1-3 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in IT/Software sector is an advantage.
• Fluency in any Asian language is a strong added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in IT tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, additional Asian language is considered an advantage.
