Your Responsibilities as a Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at SuperProcure, you'll be entrusted with the end-to-end responsibility of project management and successful implementation across clients. Your role involves:

• Engaging with SuperProcure's customers to deeply understand, document, and organize their business needs.
• Prioritizing requirements across various clients.
• Crafting a Business Blueprint of Client TO-BE Processes, aligning them with SuperProcure functionalities, and identifying areas for customization.
• Preparing Detailed Specifications of Customization, conducting walkthroughs with clients to obtain their approval.
• Effectively communicating and translating complex business requirements to ensure alignment among all stakeholders.
