Key Responsibilities:

• Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Expertise: As a Business Continuity Manager, you will bring your expertise to the table. You'll be responsible for maintaining BCP professional certifications and ensuring 24/7 availability for major service-disrupting events.
• Program Development: Drive the continuous improvement of Sutherland's Business Continuity Program. Develop and deliver curricula that adhere to internationally accepted standards for Business Continuity Management.
• Documentation and Planning: Provide written Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans for all SGS global business operations. Manage this portfolio of documents in our Fusion Risk Management tool, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Metrics and Reporting: Maintain and distribute site/regional dashboards relevant to BCM metrics. Conduct quarterly meetings with senior management to provide updates on BCP status.
• Crisis Management Support: Offer logistical support for the Crisis Management Team, including coordinating meetings, communications, and event documentation.
• Incident Management: Define, document, implement, and educate staff on processes and procedures for effective Incident Management. Be on-site and coordinate the communication process during service-impacting events globally.
• Change Management: Plan, execute, and document all major Change Management events for Enterprise Systems, including developing impact mitigation strategies per client requirements.
• Project Management: Handle ad-hoc project management tasks and serve as a liaison between IT, SGS management, client management, and vendor management.

Collaborate with counterparts at SGS to establish global standards for processes and procedures aligned with our strategic goals and client requirements.
