Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong academic foundation.
  • Pursuing an M. Tech/B. Tech in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and processor architecture.
  • Sound comprehension of Operating System Fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Linux kernel is a valuable asset.
  • Proficient in C/C++ programming.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Perl or Python is advantageous.

A solid background in:

  • Operating System principles and algorithm development.
  • Object-oriented programming, particularly in C/C++ or Java, is highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to devise innovative and efficient solutions.

Internship Areas

As a Software Engineering Intern, you will be engaged in the following focus areas:

Assisting in the design and development of software solutions within various domains, such as Chip Resource Management, Graphics, Video, 2D and 3D graphics involving OpenGL and DirectX, ISP, and driver stacks tailored for both Windows and Linux OS.

Key responsibilities :

A deep understanding of hardware operation principles, encompassing CPU and memory architecture, buses, and interconnections.

  • Proficiency in Operating System fundamentals, including multi-processing and scheduling, memory management, privilege modes, file systems, and device drivers.
  • Proficiency in algorithms and data structures.
  • An understanding of parallel computing principles.
  • Proficiency in C and/or C++ programming languages.
  • Knowledge of Python and PERL is highly regarded.
