What You'll Do as a Design Intern:

• Generate comprehensive reports summarizing design survey findings, audit results, and analytical insights.
• Craft visually engaging dashboards for effective data visualization.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis for leadership, offering quick and reliable insights.
• Utilize visualization tools to present complex design data clearly.

2. Data Collection, Cleaning, and Validation:

• Implement effective strategies for collecting design-related data through surveys and audits.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of collected design data.
• Clean and preprocess design survey data, eliminating errors and inconsistencies.
• Validate design data for accuracy and reliability.

3. Survey Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and deploy design surveys.
• Utilize appropriate tools, templates, and platforms for effective survey deployment.
• Define recipients and deadlines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure well-structured, accurate design surveys aligned with organizational goals.

4. Statistical Analysis:

• Conduct statistical analyses on design survey data to derive meaningful insights.
• Utilize statistical tools, templates, and methods to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in design data.
• Interpret design survey results, providing clear and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with team members to extract meaningful conclusions from design data.

5. Design Audit Support:

• Assist in conducting audits to ensure the integrity and compliance of design data.
• Identify discrepancies and provide recommendations for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications for Success:

• Pursuing or possessing a degree in Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in design tools and software.
