Responsibilities:

• Agile Development Collaboration
• Work seamlessly within an Agile framework, embracing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery in Software Development.
• Automation Framework Development
• Contribute to the development of new and existing Automation Frameworks and Tools for large enterprise applications.
• Design and implement new features and frameworks for automation purposes.
• Code Coverage and Test Guidance
• Engage in Code Coverage of Automation and guide the Development and QA teams in writing more Automated Tests to enhance Code Coverage.
• Participate in defect fixing and continuous improvement initiatives for applications.
• Software Maintenance
• Upgrade and maintain existing software and web services tests.
• Function effectively in a dynamic DevOps-oriented software development environment.
• Application Understanding
• Possess a deep understanding of both web and desktop application functionalities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

• Education and Experience
• BE/MS in Computer Science & Engineering with 0-5 years of experience in Automation Tools Development.
• Programming Skills
• Extensive proficiency in C++, C#, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS).
• Testing Tools Knowledge
• Familiarity with Unit Testing tools, Mock Testing Tools, and Code Coverage Tools.
• Knowledge of Scenario and Integration Testing.
• Technical Expertise
• Proficiency in WPF, Telerik.
• Strong debugging skills.
• Good knowledge of Design Patterns and Memory Management.
• Familiarity with UML Diagrams.

Additional Skills

• Experience in automation tools like Test Complete and WinAppDriver is a plus.
• Exposure to consumption of Cloud Services and REST interfaces.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure or consuming Azure services.

Development Processes

• Understanding of Agile Scrum Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps processes.

Learning Agility

• Ability to learn a wide range of technologies.

Communication Skills
