• Write Efficient Code: You'll design, develop, and test code that meets our high standards for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Deploy Applications in AWS: Leveraging Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, you'll deploy applications in the AWS cloud environment, ensuring seamless delivery and availability.
• Utilize Engineering Practices: We value engineering excellence, so you'll incorporate practices like pair programming, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and Refactoring techniques into your work.

• Possible Exposure to Big Data and Machine Learning: Depending on the project, you may have exposure to Big Data technologies like Spark and Scala, as well as Machine Learning (ML) concepts.

Qualifications for Capital One Careers:

• Programming Language Knowledge: Proficiency in at least one programming language, with a willingness to learn and adapt to others as needed.
• Degree in Engineering: A degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, either in progress or completed, will provide you with the foundational knowledge needed for success.
• Optional Framework Knowledge: Experience or knowledge in frameworks like Spring Boot, relational or NoSQL databases, and message queues is a plus.
• Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: We're looking for individuals who can think critically and solve complex problems efficiently.
