Job Description: Software Engineering Role

As a member of the Intaglio Squad, you'll embark on an exciting journey of innovation and collaboration. Your responsibilities include:

• Software Design and Architecture: Developing high-quality software design and architecture to support mass-customized products.
• Task Prioritization: Identifying, prioritizing, and executing tasks in the software development life cycle.
• Feature Development: Developing, testing, delivering, and documenting features or new services while adhering to security standards and design principles.
• Automation: Automating tasks through appropriate tools and scripting to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Code Reviews and Collaboration: Performing code reviews, participating in technical discussions, and actively collaborating with team members during the design and implementation phase.
• Technology Adoption: Introducing new technologies to the team and ensuring software is up-to-date with the latest advancements.
• Problem-Solving: Determining root causes for complex software issues and developing practical, efficient, and permanent solutions.
• Support and Development: Collaborating with manufacturing engineers and plant IT to refine requirements and support software engineers' development.

Your Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Strong OOPS and Design Patterns Knowledge: Understanding of OOPS, design patterns, and dependency injection.
• Backend Microservices Experience: Experience in writing backend microservices and database programming.
• Cloud Computing Fundamentals: Knowledge of cloud computing fundamentals, specifically AWS.
• Agile Practices: Understanding of Agile practices, including code versioning and CI/CD processes.
• Passion for Software Engineering: Enthusiasm for software engineering and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Collaborative Mindset: Strong collaborative mindset with teammates and stakeholders.
• Nice-to-Haves:
• Additionally, experience with front-end software development in ReactJS and Typescript, Golang, exposure to IAC, Docker, Serverless, etc., would be advantageous.
