Job Description: Backend Development with JavaSpring

• Feature Implementation: Delivering product features with uncompromising quality while minimizing technical debt.
• User Story Management: Maintaining meticulous user story hygiene, including estimation and status updates.

• Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Core Java Proficiency: 0-1 year of experience in core Java development, with exposure to enterprise environments.
• Spring Boot Expertise: Familiarity with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and AVRO/GRPC.
• Event-Driven Technologies: Experience with event-driven architectures, such as Kafka and event buses.
• CI/CD Competence: Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Cloud Familiarity: Comfort with major public cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Agile Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an agile environment with iterative development and regular demos.
• Problem-Solving Aptitude: Natural inclination towards problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in B. Tech\M. Tech.
• Nice-to-Haves:
• Additionally, experience or familiarity with modern Java, high-volume distributed systems, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), stream processing technologies, and asset management domains is advantageous.
