Job Summary: 

As a Data Analyst at Ventra, you will play a vital role in supporting Revenue Cycle Managers by extracting financial data, conducting analysis, and generating insightful reports. Your responsibilities will include preparing yearly revenue budgets, proactively addressing client issues, staying informed about healthcare industry trends, and delivering monthly client reporting.

Essential Functions and Tasks:

• Utilize internal software systems to extract and analyze financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of yearly revenue budgets and monthly KPI tracking.
• Monitor data, identify variances and trends, and develop resolutions to improve client financial results.
• Respond promptly to Revenue Cycle Manager requests and participate in client calls.
• Fill in for Revenue Cycle Manager as needed and conduct industry research to stay updated on healthcare trends.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting.
• Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with systems and technology.
• Initiative-driven mindset with a desire for professional growth.
• Ability to cultivate strong internal and external relationships.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and responsiveness.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across all organizational levels.
• Intermediate SQL experience.
