• Feature Development: Contribute to new features from inception to production, collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and other teams in an agile environment.
• High-Performance Code: Deliver tested and optimized high-performance code.
• Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
• Production Duties: Contribute to monitoring, release management, and on-call duties for the services owned by your team.
• Inner-Source Culture: Deliver high-quality code that benefits not only your team but the entire organization, fostering an inner-source culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Around 1 year of experience in software development and troubleshooting.
