Job Description

We are hiring a Graduate Software Engineer to work with our development team. This role is for candidates who are eager to learn and gain experience in software development.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior engineers to develop and maintain software applications.
• Write clean and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to improve software quality.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues.
• Learn and apply new technologies in development.
• Test applications to ensure performance and reliability.
• Help improve software development processes.

Key Outcomes

• Attend 3+ code reviews per month.
• Submit at least 20 pull requests with high-quality code.
• Complete assigned tasks with a 90% success rate in Git.
• Finish at least 3 small-to-medium tasks or bug fixes per project.
• Share knowledge through documentation or presentations twice during the internship.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, or Golang).
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development.
• Knowledge of Git and basic SQL/database concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Internship or project experience in software development.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing.
• Awareness of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
