Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Experience: We are looking for candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience as a manual and/or automation test engineer.
• Testing Proficiency: A thorough understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and techniques covering all types of functional and non-functional tests is essential.
• Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, along with the ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Team Player: An enthusiastic attitude towards teamwork and the ability to work with little guidance are highly valued.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, including the ability to understand and communicate highly technical concepts to all levels of the organization, are crucial.
• Agile Experience: Experience in working with Agile teams is preferred.
• Automation and Non-functional Testing: Experience in automation and non-functional testing, such as performance, security, compatibility, and ignition, would be an added advantage.

Technical Requirements:

In addition to the above qualifications, the ideal candidate should possess the following technical skills:

• A thorough understanding of testing processes and good knowledge of test design techniques.
• Good understanding of RDBMS and OOPS Concepts, scripting skills, and test automation (preferred).
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies and SDLC is required.
• Proficiency in data analysis, defect reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Configuration Management and Bug tracking tools.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Associate Quality Engineer at Clinisys, your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing software requirements and relating them to realistic usage of the application to derive testable scenarios.
• Diligently executing test cases, covering both common and remote scenarios.
• Demonstrating exceptional comprehension skills and the ability to learn and contribute with minimal oversight—becoming a self-starter in the process.
• Showcasing test automation skills for both web and non-web applications.
