Job Description & Responsibilities:

As an Associate in Data Operations at Consilio, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for:

• Data Ingestion: Understanding file structures and forensic images to ingest electronic data into our proprietary processing platform.
• Troubleshooting: Conducting basic data and system-based troubleshooting.
• E-Discovery Support: Gaining knowledge of the E-discovery project lifecycle with a focus on supporting document review.
• Process Adherence: Following standard operating procedures for eDiscovery projects, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring seamless handoffs between shifts.
• Data Processing: Using various ESI discovery data processing platforms to extract text and metadata from electronic documents.
• Document Conversion: Converting electronic documents to image files (TIF, PDFs) as required.
• Hosting Platform: Loading data into hosting platforms for review.
• Project Support: Assisting Project Management by conducting document searches and tagging n hosted databases.
• Quality Control: Performing quality control checks on work to ensure accuracy and precision.
• Team Collaboration: Participating in regular policy and procedure review meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions organized by the Operations team.
