Ownership of Development Tasks:

Take ownership of assigned development tasks, ensuring the production of top-tier software solutions that meet project requirements.

Adherence to Software Development Best Practices:

Demonstrate proficiency in the principles and best practices of software development. Apply these principles within the scope and constraints of the assigned project.

Focus on Software Quality:

Maintain a strong focus on software quality, productivity, and timely delivery. Strive for excellence in every aspect of the development process.

Design Components and Subsystems:

Design or assist in designing components and subsystems based on provided requirements and specifications from Business Analysts.

Decomposition of Development Tasks:

Decompose development tasks based on the designed components. Provide accurate development estimates to facilitate effective project planning.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate and communicate effectively with Business Analysts to clarify requirements. Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure efficient bug resolution.

Requirements for the Role:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Technical Proficiency:

• Proficiency in Java 8, showcasing solid software design skills.
• Hands-on experience with Springboot and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of multi-threading concepts.

Development Practices:

• Ability to decompose development tasks, providing accurate estimates.
• Skill in writing performant, testable, and maintainable code.
• Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD).
