QA and Product Management

• Collaborate with the product and tech teams to synthesize feedback and enhance the product.
• Conduct thorough QA to align Crux's output with customer expectations.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers to shape the product roadmap.
• Experiment with prompt engineering to improve the quality of output from AI models.

Product Analytics

• Support founders and the product team in monitoring product usage.
• Implement product analytics tooling within Crux's architecture.
• Continuously monitor product usage to generate hypotheses around user behavior.
