Required Experience and Skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduated in 2022/2023
• B.E./B. Tech (CS, IS, EC) or BSc (CS, IT)
• 0-12 months of IT industry experience
• 60% aggregate in the highest qualification with no backlogs

Personal Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for an international environment
• Comfortable with remote communication using various technologies (shared code, documents, forums, phone, chat, email)
• Positive attitude towards learning new technologies and concepts
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to coordinate work effectively with diverse teams and individuals

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server is advantageous
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting is a plus
• Experience with tools like TFS (Team Foundation Server) is beneficial
• Proficiency in any programming language is an added advantage
