Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Review Tickets/Order IDs: Analyze tickets/order IDs based on input documents provided by clients.
Effective Communication: Communicate effectively to take appropriate steps to resolve customer problems.
Status Checking: Check the status of services on account in client tools.
Problem-Solving: Exhibit excellent multi-tasking and creative problem-solving skills.
Critical Situation Handling: Act swiftly and decisively in critical situations, assessing situations and initiating appropriate action.
Order Details Update: Update order details status in internal as well as client tools.
Report Creation: Create daily reports and share them with the client base.
Process Adherence: Meet process expectations with high-quality standards and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team and Project Manager to ensure timely project delivery.

Skills Required

Freshers or 1-Year Experience: Suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1-year experience.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint: Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Ticket Analysis: Ability to develop and analyze tickets.
Error-Free Work: Proven ability to self-check work to ensure results are error-free.
Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
High-Energy Environment: Ability to work in a high-energy, quickly changing, and demanding environment, including working in rotational shifts.
