About the Role

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will play an integral role in our mission by:

1. Mapping Documentation

   • Creating accurate mapping documents in line with established mapping processes.
   • Delivering initial draft solutions for ETL, reporting, or conversion tasks while focusing on critical details and deferring less critical information.

2. ETL/Reporting Support

   • Assisting ETL, reporting, and conversion developers by providing precise mapping documentation.

3. Collaboration

   • Working closely with configuration teams and DBAs to ensure synchronization between configurations, interfaces, and mapping documents.

4. Analysis and Design

• Conducting research and analyzing requirements to create effective mapping designs.
• Presenting findings to internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure alignment.

Skills and Experience

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and skilled professional with:

1. Technical Skills

   • Proficiency in SQL with strong data analysis capabilities.
   • Hands-on experience in data mapping, including creating mapping documents for complex datasets.
   • Familiarity with tools and processes for conversion, interface design, and reporting.
   • Exposure to ETL processes is a plus.

2. Healthcare Industry Knowledge

   • Understanding of healthcare domains such as:
     • Member management.
     • Eligibility determination.
     • Third-Party Liability (TPL).
     • Claims processing.
     • Provider data.
     • Pharmacy claims.

3. Communication and Collaboration

   • Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and solutions.
   • Ability to collaborate across teams, including developers, configuration leads, and DBAs.

4. Preferred Skills

• Experience with QNXT (preferred but not mandatory).
