Role Overview

This position focuses on driving and supporting business changes related to Shell's audit simplification initiatives, with a goal to enhance business value. The role requires delivering IT audit and related services, ensuring alignment with client objectives, and adapting to dynamic environments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct IT audits and related services, including:
  • IT General Controls (ITGC) testing
  • SOX audit activities
  • Designing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Support reviews of audit processes, such as:
  • ISO27001 compliance
  • Change Management, Incident Management, and user access control
• Act as an individual contributor within the audit team to handle client projects.

Technical Skills and Experience

• Ability to execute and document projects like:
  • ITGC audits
  • SOX audits
  • Change Management reviews
• Experience in IT audit activities with a strong focus on delivery impact.
• Process knowledge of business functions and audit methodologies.

Soft Skills and Experience

• Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across organizational levels.
• Produce high-quality deliverables and handle diverse work environments.
• Resilient, results-driven, and confident in managing challenges across sectors.
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements:
  • BTech, BCA, or other computer science-related graduate degree.
  • 0–2 years of ITGC experience.
• Preferred Certifications:
  • IT audit certifications.
  • ISO27001 certification.

Selection Process

1. Two technical interviews.
2. Business head round.
3. ICOE round to assess cultural fitment.
