Job Description

As part of Oracle’s cloud solutions team, this role involves designing, coding, debugging, testing, and enhancing software products while considering software capabilities. The engineer will contribute to technical designs, architecture guidance, and problem resolution while collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Software Development:
  • Analyze, design, develop, debug, and modify new software or enhancements.
  • Follow coding guidelines and adhere to design principles.
• Technical Design & Architecture:
  • Create strategic technical designs for small-scope projects within the team.
  • Provide architectural guidance and develop specifications for resolving software issues.
• Project & Feature Development:
  • Consult with stakeholders on existing functionality and evaluate feature complexity.
  • Estimate effort for small to medium-sized projects.
• Deployment & Troubleshooting:
  • Deploy applications and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Automation & Productivity:
  • Build automation tools to improve engineering productivity and efficiency.
• Innovation:
  • Bring an innovation mindset to enhance software development and problem-solving.

Required Skills

• Programming Languages:
  • Proficiency in C++.
• Database & Query Language:
  • Strong understanding of SQL (Structured Query Language).
