Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Requirement Gathering

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to gather and refine technical and functional requirements.
• Analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable development goals.
• Ensure developed tools and solutions meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of quality and functionality.

Quality Control & Review

• Conduct rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure tools and applications align with business requirements.
• Perform validation and testing of applications for seamless functionality and performance.

Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the bridge between business teams and technical teams, fostering clear and effective communication.
• Provide updates and feedback to business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations.

Compliance and Adaptability

• Adhere to employment terms, company policies, and operational directives.
• Adapt to changes in work environments, including team assignments, work locations, shifts, and alternative work arrangements, as needed by business priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in visualizer applications like Power BI and Tableau for creating customer-facing dashboards and reports.
  • Familiarity with workflow applications, particularly Salesforce.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with business teams effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to deliver impactful solutions.
