Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for various software applications and systems.

Collaboration

• Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Debugging and Testing

• Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize software to ensure reliability and performance.

Continuous Learning

• Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies by participating in workshops, code reviews, and team collaborations.

Documentation

• Assist in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation for software applications and systems.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Programming Proficiency: Expertise in at least one language (Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript).
• Core Knowledge: Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
• Soft Skills: Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Technical Awareness: Understanding of front-end/back-end components and microservices architecture.
• Adaptability: Growth mindset to learn and evolve with changing situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: Internship experience in software development or related fields.
• Familiarity with Tools: Experience with Git, IDEs, and agile methodologies.
• Web & Cloud: Basic understanding of web technologies, databases, and cloud services.
