Key Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer at Visa, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Design & Build Scalable Systems

- Continuously work on improving testing procedures to detect and resolve bugs quickly, ensuring that the software is production-ready at all times.
4. Innovate and Learn

5. Documentation & Reporting
- Help in creating and maintaining comprehensive functional and technical documentation.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into actionable software design documents.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Education:
- BE, BTech, MTech (Graduated in 2023/2024) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 0 – 1.6 years of professional work experience in the technology industry.
- Strong coding skills in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or J2EE.
- Exposure to web services, APIs, and unit testing.
- Familiarity with shell scripting and working with RDBMS is a plus.
- Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Test Automation frameworks is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with modern development practices such as agile methodologies and DevOps.
- Exposure to cloud technologies and platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Interest or experience in the fintech or payments domain.
