Responsibilities:

As a UI/UX designer at Jio, you will:

• Manage the day-to-day process of translating design requirements into user interfaces for Jio Cloud products.
• Create logos, design concepts, sample layouts, web templates, and marketing materials using industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Develop original design ideas and layouts from creative briefings, leading the design process through sketches, wireframes, navigation flow charts, Photoshop mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
• Evangelize best user-interface design practices to ensure exceptional user experiences across Jio's cloud products.
• Work creatively to produce new ideas and concepts, taking initiative to solve problems independently and effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure Jio's products remain cutting-edge.

Skills & Competencies:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as wire-framing tools for efficient prototyping.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping and the ability to create functional and visually appealing designs.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and the ability to craft intuitive user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and the ability to adapt to changing requirements and industry trends.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively within a team.
• A customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
