Key Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

Experience

• 0–2 years of hands-on experience in data engineering.

Technical Expertise

• Deep knowledge of the big data tech stack.
• Proficiency in PySpark and SQL.
• Expertise in tools like Databricks, Snowflake, and Airflow.
• Strong understanding of data quality and reliability measures.

Communication

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Data Engineer, you will be an integral part of the data engineering team, collaborating with stakeholders to build and refine complex data pipelines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Developing and Enhancing Pipelines: Build, enhance, and troubleshoot high-complexity data pipelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and analysts to ensure pipelines meet business needs.
• Quality Standards: Partner with senior, lead, and principal engineers to define and implement quality standards for pipelines.
• Design & Architecture: Contribute to the design and architecture of data pipelines.
